Welcome to WILDKICKS, a space dedicated to empowering women to unlock their full potential and reconnect with their inner strength through movement.

With over a decade of experience in Thai Boxing—training through intense fight camps both in the UK and Thailand—I’ve seen first-hand how transformative fitness can be. It changed my life, and now I’m here to help you transform yours.
Five years ago, while recovering from an injury, I discovered Pilates and instantly found a deep love for its restorative and empowering qualities. It became not only a vital part of my rehabilitation but also a lifelong passion. Pilates taught me the importance of balance, control, and connection in fitness, complementing the discipline and strength I’ve honed through Thai Boxing.
I offer Pilates, Thai Boxing, and Strength & Conditioning because I believe these disciplines can be truly life-changing.

Alex is a excellent PT and Muay Thai fighter. She is great with pads and an excellent coach. I have been training with her for almost a year and not only do I get a great workout she has also helped me to improve my fighting technique. If you decide to train with her be warned; she's not just a pretty face she will push you to your limits! I would definitely recommend her as a trainer!

I started training 1:1 Pilates with Alex 3 months ago, and I know it sounds cheesy, but it has genuinely changed my life. In just a short time, I’ve seen incredible improvements in my core strength, posture, and overall flexibility. I love the meditation sessions at the end of each class—it’s the perfect way to reset and recharge. I could not recommend her more!

Alex is just simply amazing. I have been doing Muay Thai training with her twice a week. She is fantastic on technique and I have learnt so much in a short space of time.  She is so patient and motivational. Helps you push through though mental barriers. I just wish she could bottle some of her free spirit and positive energy for me. I whole heartedly recommend her. Don’t be afraid about your fitness levels, she can accommodate all levels .

Alex is a fantastic PT and Thai boxing expert. I was struggling with motivation and mood after the last lockdown. I met Alex who was instantly a calming and supportive influence. She made each session unique and fun. The mornings I had a session booked with Alex were the best part of my week. I always came away feeling revived and energised for the day ahead. I had been a regular at gym classes and thought I knew what I was doing and what I could achieve.  Then I worked on body conditioning with Alex who completely transformed my approach and in turn my body. We worked on the relationship  between a strong mind and strong body and slowly I achieved more and more. I became a warrior lifting weights I thought were impossible for me. I have a detailed understanding about the correct way to lift and exercise so that I get the most out of what I am doing both with Alex and in the gym. Alex made me realise I could achieve so much more and gave me a new confidence. Instead of thinking this was my limit she helped me push past that which is something I would never have achieved by myself.
